Start a flow from your own system
Give a flow a webhook trigger, and any system that can send an HTTP request can start it. This call sends one order to a webhook protected with a header secret.
In the flow, read the order with paths such as body.id, and headers with paths such as headers.x-request-id. Webhook triggers in the guide.

It connects your systems through 310 connectors and runs multi-step flows and AI agents on one engine. Every run keeps a step-by-step history. You see exactly what happened, and you can replay a failed run from the step that broke.
Flows start from webhooks, schedules, forms and changes in your systems. People can approve or reject work inside a flow, and you can build apps on top of your flows. Flows run on fully managed cloud workers, or on On-Prem Workers inside your own network. AI tools can also build and operate flows through a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. Where does Neblex Integration Fabric process my data?
Our control plane is hosted in the US. Flows can run on fully managed cloud workers or on On-Prem Workers inside your own network. For flows on an On-Prem Worker, the business data they handle is processed where it already lives. Cloud-run step data is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
When should I use an On-Prem Worker?
When a flow needs systems inside your network, such as a database or an ERP not on the internet. On-Prem Workers connect outbound only over a certificate-bound connection, so internal systems stay unexposed. On the other hand, a flow that only uses cloud apps runs on managed cloud workers, with nothing to install.
